Mantra: Fix it now.
In an independent startup company there is no such thing as “we’ll fix it later” if you don’t fix it now, there will be no later to fix it.
On the other hand “we’ll add it later” is a very smart motto. If you make it so there’s nothing to fix later, you should be using that time adding things.

Coyotes
Just woken up at 3 am by about 3 or 4 coyotes howling at the full moon / fire engine sirens on my neighbor’s roof.
This coyote thing is getting weird, its becoming a regular experience to sit eating breakfast in the living room, look out the window and see the coyotes just chilling. They like to make eye contact and hold a stare.
Urban coyotes are odd - in nature you’d have this...
